TOUCHÉ AMORÉ DROPS NEW ALBUM”SPIRAL IN A STRAIGHT LINE” THIS NEW RECORD FRIDAY!!

Third Eye Faithful, you already know we’re so stoked for the new album by Touché Amoré!! Ever since their album “Stage Four” we’ve been hooked and can’t wait to add their new one to our collection! Touché Amoré is an American post-hardcore band from Los Angeles, California, formed in 2007 and consists of vocalist Jeremy Bolm, guitarists Clayton Stevens and Nick Steinhardt, bassist Tyler Kirby, and drummer Elliot Babin. To date, the band have released six studio albums: “…To the Beat of a Dead Horse” in 2009, “Parting the Sea Between Brightness and Me” in 2011, “Is Survived By” in 2013, “Stage Four” in 2016, “Lament” in 2020, and “Spiral in a Straight Line” in 2024. “Spiral In A Straight Line” was recorded with legendary producer Ross Robinson (At The Drive-In, Korn, Glassjaw) and features guest appearances from some of our favorite artists, Julien Baker and Lou Barlow!! Considered one of the bands at the forefront of the American post-hardcore movement known as the “Wave”, Touché Amoré stands tall alongside other heavy hitters in the scene such as La Dispute, Defeater, and Pianos Become the Teeth.

LADY GAGA DROPS NEW ALBUM “HARLEQUIN” THIS NEW RECORD FRIDAY!!

We absolutely loved Lady Gaga’s rendition of Harley Quinn in the new Joker Folie à Deux film and we’re so excited for her new album inspired by the character!! Gaga stated that “Harlequin” serves as a “companion album” to the film, while some publications have referred to it as a soundtrack album, besides the film’s official soundtrack released a week later. Thematically, however, critics described Harlequin as a concept album about Harley Quinn, depicting the supervillain from Gaga’s perspective. The album consists of covers of American jazz standards featured on the official soundtrack, as well as two original songs by Gaga, expanding her venture into jazz music following her collaborative albums with American jazz singer Tony Bennett—”Cheek to Cheek” (2015) and “Love for Sale” (2021). Gaga characterized Harlequin as a “vintage pop” album.
