The album features the singles, “When I Get Home, You’re So Dead,” and the recently platinum-certified hit, “Jamie All Over.” In 2022, fifteen years after its initial release, The Eastern Echo stated, “Mayday Parade sure knows how to write an iconic record, and this will be on repeat for years to come.” And with a coke bottle clear limited vinyl pressing, this one’s a must have for any fan!!

The Used is an American Rock band formed in 2000 from Orem, Utah consisting of vocalist Bert McCracken, bassist Jeph Howard, drummer Dan Whitesides, and guitarist Joey Bradford. The band rose to fame in June 2002 after releasing their self titled debut album and has enjoyed commercial success with their albums achieving gold and platinum statuses in many countries worldwide. Their ninth studio album, “Toxic Positivity” was released in May 2023 and the B-sides from it were compiled onto their new album “Medz”! JULIE’S NEW ALBUM, “MY ANTI-AIRCRAFT FRIEND”, RELEASES THIS NEW RECORD FRIDAY!!
Third Eye Faithful, we are beyond stoked to spin the new debut album by the band at the forefront of the modern Shoegaze scene, Julie!! Los Angeles band and art collective Julie announced their highly-awaited debut album my anti-aircraft friend after exploding onto the map in 2020 with their single “flutter,” which has racked up millions of streams since its release. The band’s genesis, however, goes back to the late 2010s when vocalist and guitarist Keyan Pourzand and drummer Dillon Lee were joined by vocalist and bassist Alexandria Elizabeth. Holding a mutual affinity towards shadowy and adventurous music, the trio played shows with local acts around Orange County in high school before relocating to Los Angeles in 2019 for design school, where they began writing the songs that would make up their impending debut album my anti-aircraft friend. In 2021, julie released their EP pushing daisies, which includes the tracks “skipping tiles” and “april’s-bloom” and proceeded their 2022 double single “pg.4 picture of three hedges” / “through your window.” my anti-aircraft friend is a bold leap, both showcasing a louder, more assured band, while also attaining a core sound the band had been chasing all along. After all those years tinkering and refining their sound, Julie’s forthcoming debut album is the work of people who have become steeped in alternative music’s history, learned how it works within their own musical sensibilities, and now use it to warp conventions and turn tropes on their head. Additionally, with each member of the band a multidisciplinary artist – Pourzand does sculpture work and Brady writes and paints, while Lee is also a painter as well as illustrator – the band deliberates and conceives every element of their releases, not just the music but the art and packaging, all the way down to what instruments they play onstage!

Hazbin Hotel is an American adult animated musical comedy television series created by Vivienne “VivziePop” Medrano. The series revolves around Charlie Morningstar, princess of Hell, on her quest to find a way for sinners to be “rehabilitated” and allowed into Heaven, via her “Hazbin Hotel”, as an alternative to Heaven’s annual “Extermination” of souls due to Hell’s overpopulation. The series is produced by SpindleHorse Toons in collaboration with powerhouse studios A24, Amazon , and Bento Box Entertainment.
The pilot episode, released on YouTube on October 28, 2019, was made entirely by freelance animators and was mainly financed by Medrano’s Patreon followers. With years of push from dedicated fans, the series released their pilot episode in January 2024 which amassed a staggering 80 million views! The accompanying soundtrack features musical mega stars, including Stephanie Beatriz of the hit Encanto soundtrack and Erika Henningsen of Legally Blonde, making this one soundtrack you’re not gonna want to stop spinning on repeat!!

Recorded at Sunset Sound with Joe Chiccarelli (Manchester Orchestra, The Shins, Spoon) and Carlos de la Garza (Jimmy Eat World, Paramore). Sister Cities is an album about distance, connectivity and the way humanity towers above boundaries. What The Wonder Years do so effortlessly on Sister Cities is no small feat; through poetic lyricism, ambient guitar swells, and Jimmy Eat World-levels of crashing momentum. On Sister Cities, they take a massive, unexpected leap forward both sonically and thematically, now speaking confidently to the world at large. Vocalist Dan Campbell on the inspiration behind Sister Cities: “It started with journals and photos. We started by documenting. We didn’t know where it would go or if it would go anywhere at all, but we wrote it all down. We took photos of everything. And then when it came to put it altogether, we had this catalog of how we felt and what it looked like and sounded like and we built from there. Figuring out what the moments were that stayed with me the most. When did I feel most connected to the people around me and why? What did being in this place during this moment teach me? It was a difficult year personally and globally and we experienced that through this lens of being everywhere but home, kind of floating through places and seeing how being there altered our perspective.”

Third Eye Faithful, we are BEYOND EXCITED to have the new album “Wild God” by the legendary Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds spinning on repeat this week!! Across the ten tracks of the album, the band dance between convention and experimentation, taking left-turns and detours that heighten the rich imagery and emotion in Caves soul-stirring narratives. It is the sound of a group emboldened by reconnection and taking flight. There are moments that touch fondly upon the Bad Seeds past but they are fleeting, and serve only to imbue the relentless and restless forward motion of the band. Produced by Cave and Warren Ellis, and mixed by David Fridmann, Cave began writing the album in 2023. With sessions at Miraval in Provence and Soundtree in London, the Bad Seeds added their unique alchemy, with additional performances from Colin Greenwood (bass) and Luis Almau (nylon string guitar, acoustic guitar). “Wild God… there’s no f***ing around with this record. When it hits, it hits. It lifts you. It moves you. I love that about it”, says Nick Cave. And with a beautiful indie exclusive clear vinyl to match the record jacket, this is one album you’re not going to want to miss!!

Definitely Maybe is the debut studio album by Oasis, originally released in 1994. – and the fastest-ever selling debut in the UK on release! This seminal album marked the point when Oasis became a cultural phenomenon. Including the classic singles ‘Supersonic’, ‘Live Forever’ and ‘Cigarettes And Alcohol’, its songs sound as fresh and relevant as they did in 1994. Having sold over 6.9 million copies globally, it also sits as the 2nd most streamed album of the 90’s (following Oasis’ (What’s The Story) Morning Glory? at no.1). MOM JEAN’S ALBUM “BEST BUDS” GETS A DOPE LIMITED LAVENDER PRESSING THIS NEW RECORD FRIDAY!!
Third Eye Faithful, we’ve been obsessed with Mom Jeans since they changed the course of the Alt Rock scene when their album “Best Buds” released back in 2016, and we’re so excited for this limited lavender pressing! What Mom Jeans have proved themselves capable of in the past 2 years is nothing short of fantastic. Growing from ordinary college students to national touring artists in a matter of months, the indie alt/rock quartet has been on a trajectory most bands could only dream of! The DIY touring route quickly had to fall by the wayside, as 200, sometimes 300, kids were showing up to house shows in basements across the country. Often, the band wouldn’t make it through more than a few songs before police had to come shut it down. Now, you can find them in venues of increasing size around the states, as one of the most sought after acts in their genre. On a constant stream of buzz, pressing after pressing of their debut hit “Best Buds” (2016) has sold out and the fans cannot get enough of the music they have been putting out. Music that takes influence from predecessors such as Modern Baseball and The Front Bottoms, but adds that new flavor that sets them into a league of their own, The Mom Jeans craze is just beginning!!
