We’re telling you right now: the DC UNIVERSE is about to become one of the most exciting things in comics, and the road to that begins in the massive ABSOLUTE POWER event.
Much like Marvel’s BLOOD HUNT event brought the grand return of the big MARVEL Summer events ala AVENGERS VS X-MEN, CIVIL WAR & more, ABSOLUTE POWER brings us back to the days of events like COUNTDOWN TO INFINITE CRISIS, SINESTRO CORPS WAR, and more — universe-defining storylines that lay the foundation for massive changes that will leave the DCU changed forever!
While we can’t delve too deep into what comes after ABSOLUTE POWER, we can tell you that ABSOLUTE POWER is set to do something that’s been long awaited at DC: reuniting the books, and tying the continuity back together, so that there’s a cohesive, focused direction for the entire line of DC titles, and we are STOKED!!!
One of our favorite aspects of DC storytelling is the shared universe aspect, as their universe has always been its best when this approach is taken, and we’re so pumped to see DC rebuilding that connective tissue that brings everything together!
In ABSOLUTE POWER GROUND ZERO, as the DC Universe braces for the Absolute Power blitzkrieg, the key to capturing metahuman powers on planet Earth will at last be unlocked!
