A tactical game where gladiators go head to head!

This solo, two player cooperative and two to four player competitive game collects and combines the very best gameplay content from Hoplomachus: The Lost Cities and Hoplomachus: Rise of Rome, as well as several of their expansions.

Hoplomachus: Remastered includes everything that originally made the franchise a hit, with its ease of play, multiple combat modes and subtle variations between factions. We’re giving the line a huge production update to make it the kind of game we at Chip Theory have wanted it to be from the beginning. Featuring new original art, more attractive graphic design, streamlined rules, and component compatibility with Victorum, Hoplomachus will now embody the Chip Theory Games premium experience in every sense of the word.

Though both Victorum and Remastered are standalone titles, their gladiator and tactics chips are cross-compatible between both games, allowing players to mix and match chips for even more gameplay options! —description from the publisher

Strategic gladiator combat and adventure featuring solo campaign play!

The year is AD 79. Seers have learned of the imminent eruption of Mount Vesuvius, and those versed in the mystic arts have made invocations to stop the calamity from claiming thousands of lives. However, these actions have angered Pluto, god of the underworld, who vows to usher in even greater destruction unless the earth’s strongest champions accomplish a series of tasks in a realm of grueling combat.

Hoplomachus: Victorum is a standalone title from Chip Theory Games. It uses CTG’s acclaimed combat system from the Hoplomachus games, adding new twists with a focus on heroes and campaign play. Victorum is a solo-only experience, offering an in-depth, rewarding adventure with deep strategic decisions and exciting combat. Set in the more epic and mythical world of Hoplomachus: Victorum, this edition will pair the combat mechanisms fans know and love with beautiful updated lore, art and design.

Solve criminal cases using rummy-style cardplay, as a campaign or as single games!!

Detective Rummy is a Rummy-style card game for 2 to 4 players, with a storytelling element revealed in a series of 7 different cases. Players take the roles of Detectives vying to solve the cases and gain fame.

The story begins at the legendary Rummy Detective Agency, and each case takes you to various locations to solve a crime, including the diner with the best doughnuts in town, the cozy Quarter to 3 Bar, a ritzy fashion emporium, the circus, the most elite jazz nightclub in town, and more! The cases in Detective Rummy can be played in two different ways: Campaign Mode and Case Mode. In Campaign Mode, you play all 7 cases in order. In Case Mode, you can play Cases 2 to 6 as standalone Detective Rummy games one at a time. Since there are new Game Changer cards in each case that are discovered in different orders (if at all) each time you play, cases will never resolve the same way twice. You can play both the campaign mode or the individual cases as many times as you like!

One-vs-Many strategy game set in the Victorian steampunk universe!!

City of the Great Machine is a strategy game set in a grim universe of technocratic Victorian steampunk. The game features the conflict between the Great Machine, an artificial intelligence network, and an alliance of Heroes. The Great Machine is either controlled by a player or is automated, which completely changes the gameplay.

The Great Machine controls the City built on mobile platforms in the sky. As the Great Machine, the player (or game AI) commands a force of perfected Servants and mechanical Guards. The Great Machine’s ultimate goal is to suppress social unrest and complete its grandiose Master Plan to perfect the mankind.

The other players are Heroes working together against the Great Machine to start a revolution. They encourage discontent in the City, enlist the support of famous citizens, and inflame riots. They also attempt to prevent the Great Machine from completing the Master Plan, as it leads to the enslavement of the mankind.

Game features:

  • City of the Great Machine may be played as One-vs-Many (2-4 players) or cooperatively/solo (1-3 players).
  • Modular board allows for infinite City layouts. The players may reposition the City Districts during the game.
  • Hidden movement. Each round, the Heroes secretly choose the Districts they will go to.
  • Resource management. Both sides of the conflict have multiple actions to take and pay for them in Trust (Heroes) or Bonds (the Great Machine). The same is true for movement and other tasks.
  • Asymmetric gameplay and unique victory conditions. The Heroes need 3 Riots to win, while the Great Machine strives to complete the Master Plan.
  • Secrecy. The Heroes need to conceal their plans from the Great Machine, however, they may discuss their intentions only in the presence of the Great Machine.

The vampiric warrior-monks of the Askurgan Trueblades fight off the blood-hungry Claws of Karanak!

On the outskirts of the Gnarlwood, frenzied warriors battle across the region known as the Bloodmad Ravage – a wasteland so polluted by slaughter that its very soil has turned into a bloody mulch. The most fearsome of these warriors are the Claws of Karanak, frenzied hunters who are driven to slavering madness by the howls of the Blood God’s daemons. The vampires of the Askurgan Trueblades resist these bestial invaders, for they seek to test their strength of will in battle against the most ferocious opponents, and to defend their bone-monasteries from corruption.

Warcry: Bloodhunt introduces two new warbands to the game – the Soulblight vampires of the Askurgan Trueblades, and the Flesh Hound-worshipping Claws of Karanak. The boxed set also includes a host of carnivorous Gnarlwood terrain, a double-sided game board with matching artwork, a book with background information and the rules for both warbands and the included terrain pieces, and a set of battleplan and warband cards to keep your games running smoothly.

Venture deeper into the Gallowdark, with new terrain and missions compatible with all kill teams!

In the maze-like warren of the space hulk Gallowdark, elite kill teams hunt each other through twisting shadows. When an Imperial prison barge carrying dangerous captives is forced into a cataclysmic collision with Gallowdark, the ship’s Arbitrators find themselves locked into deadly battle with Drukhari saboteurs who seek to plunder the very souls of their prisoners. Kabalite agents of Lady Malys, these cruel aliens seek one convict in particular – a powerful witch, who has escaped into the space hulk’s deadly corridors. Proctor-exactant Kolkord now leads an Exaction Squad in a running battle to retrieve his quarry, before the Hand of the Archon can secure their prize.

Kill Team: Soulshackle is a full expansion box for Warhammer 40,000: Kill Team, the ultimate sci-fi skirmish game. It includes miniatures for two complete new Kill Teams – the hardened elites of the Imperium’s Adeptus Arbites, and the scheming Drukhari who serve as the Hand of the Archon. They’re packed together with loads of space hulk terrain, which is fully compatible with that found in Kill Team: Into the Dark and Kill Team: Shadowvaults, along with transfers, a double-sided game board, and a rules manual including missions, background material exploring the mysterious setting, and full rosters for the two kill teams.
