Hey Third Eye Faithful, I gotta tell ya: we are so jazzed for this signing, it’s not even funny. Why? ‘Cause Charles Soule is one of the brightest shining stars in comics today, and it’s an honor to host a superstar like him at Third Eye.

But, even beyond that, because Oni Press’s LETTER 44 is one of the best damn creator-owned books we’re reading right now, with a smart mix of science fiction and politics, it’s like if HOUSE OF CARDS and BATTLESTAR GALACTICA had beautiful, beautiful children.

Seriously though: LETTER 44 is quite possibly one of the best books you may not yet be reading, and with the first volume arriving this August… we figured it’s time to change that.

So, our pal, Charles, is taking a slice of time out of his busy schedule of writing a million great comics, and visiting Third Eye to sign copies of LETTER 44 vol.1, as well as other projects he’s worked on.

With his upcoming DEATH OF WOLVERINE series set to BLOW YOU GUYS AWAY, this signing is a MUST, Third Eye Faithful.

On top of all that, Charles has worked on a TON of other great projects, ranging from his currently incredible Marvel work INHUMAN and SHE-HULK to his stellar DC Comics work on SUPERMAN WONDER WOMAN, SWAMP THING, and RED LANTERNS. And, we can’t forget his incredible IMAGE series, TWENTY-SEVEN.

Dude can write some comics, that’s for sure.

And, because we know this one’s gonna be a big one, we’ve worked in collaboration with Oni and Charles to put together some VERY cool free giveaways for you guys who just so happen to be amongst the first 25 in line for the signing.

For those of you not already reading LETTER 44, here’s the scoop on what it’s about: On his first day in office, newly-elected President Stephen Blades was expecting to dive into the various critical issues facing the nations: war, looming economic collapse, and a failing health care system: a typical Presidency, in other words.

But, by the end of that first day, Blades has learned a single trut htaht redefines ‘critical’: seven years prior, NASA discovered a potentially aggressive alien presence in the asteroid belt, and his predecessor Commander-in-Chief decided to keep it a secret from the world.

A mission crewed by nine heroic astronauts was sent to discover what’s actually up there, and they’re getting close to learning the truth — assuming their increasingly damaged and frail ship, the Clarke, can hold itself together long enough to reach their destination.

Stephen Blades has just become the most powerful man on the planet.. well, THIS planet, that is.
