We have a massive inventory at Third Eye, and it’s ever-changing, so sometimes items may not
be live on the site immediately. Email us anytime there’s something you’re looking for you do
not see at & our team can ensure it’s either listed, or check
availability and set up your order via direct invoice or phone call.

For all orders placed MON thru FRI, your order will process & ship same day.
Please note: advisories during holidays will note you if there is a 1-2 day delay in processing
and shipping.
If an order has pre-order items in it, your order will ship once all of the items in your order have
been released to us and are in stock and available to ship.
If you have in-stock items that are part of that order you would like to receive sooner; please
place them as a separate order from your pre-orders, or contact to notify us that you’d like to be charged shipping on the in
stock items in the order, and have them shipped now.

pick-up at, and our team will process your order so it goes to that store.
Most of the stock we have available for purchase that’s not a pre-order item is available for
same-day pick-up. Our team will contact you once your order has been processed & is ready
for pick-up. It’s just like ordering your favorite takeout. :)
Please note: some items are not always in-stock at that location, and may need to be shipped
from our warehouses to that store, which can add up to 5 business days of transit time.
